Doesn't seem to work for me using EasyPHP x86 vc9 5.3.10:
xhprof_0.10.3_php53_vc9.dll doesn't appear to be a valid Zend extension

I use WampServer for development. My WampServer works with PHP 5.3.8 and it works fine. It is shown in the phpinfo().
It isn't installed in php.ini like xdebug as zend extension
zend_extension = "d:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.8/zend_ext/php_xdebug-2.1.2-5.3-vc9.dll"
but like normal extension

I tried testing xhprof 0.10.3 on a Win 2008 R2 64 bit machine, using Apache 2.2. When I am running the profiler on pages that are rendered by multiple http threads/processes it locks up the process, or only a portion of the page would render. It does not seem to work safely with concurrent access.

I didn't noticed such behavior while I was profiling the pages generated by TYPO3 cms. The pages were always rendered correctly and xhprof shown dozens of files used to render the content. Can you give more details?
